In addition we believe you have: At least 5 years work experience within business and solution architecture The ability and interest to discuss and drive architectural issues on both enterprise and solution level with the big picture in mind and an eye for details Leadership qualities to engage with stakeholders on different levels, gain trust and to drive collaboration in a good way Excellent communication skills and able to adapt to different IT- and business stakeholders Good communication skills in English, both verbally and written It is an advantage if you have experience from Payments eco system, financial and accounting processes, SAP. Communication skills in Swedish is considered as an advantage. You will be responsible for the Payments service design. Together with different stakeholders, you drive the overall architecture, creating sustainable solutions in a global complex IT-environment. You are concerned with the Payments service and the logical architectures, relationships and dependencies, supporting the business and service teams. You have knowledge of what features that must be in place to meet business needs and what resources and capabilities that are required. You should also have insight in business value streams and dependencies between services and cross organizations. Your to-do-list includes: Be a part of the Payments service team and have the overall responsibility for the architecture of the Payments service Develop a target architecture for the Payments service and its features Work closely with key projects to ensure adherence to the target architecture, IT guidelines and future business needs Support business and service team to qualify and articulate business capabilities and business needs Translate business needs into desired high-level requirements on outcome (features, performance, measures/service levels) Identify and propose service design options and improvements Liaise with other architects cross the IT organization Facilitating forums and the architectural agenda for Payments This is a fulltime position based in Marievik, Stockholm.
