We are now looking for an IT Controller with responsibility for Cloud Financial Management to join the I&O controlling team. You will be an essential partner in taking our analytic capabilities to the next level and influence the company through financial insight. Above all, your work will impact value for every dollar spent! The IT division Infrastructure and Operation (I&O) serves a global organization and are mainly seated in Stockholm. As IT Controller with Cloud responsibility you will be a part of a high-performing and experienced controller team reporting to the Division Business Controller. You will also be a part of our newly established Cloud Center of Excellence – Cloud Office. You will work with a wide varity of tasks and your main focus will be to develop and maintain new approaches and processes to manage and optimize cloud costs. As IT Controller you work closely together with many different roles and leaders within the organization and your ability to communicate financial matters in an easy-to-understand manner will be essential for your success. Your responsibilities • Financial follow-up of cloud costs within the the IT Department, you will on a montly basis provide division managers and division controllers with Cloud spend and consumption reports • Financial follow-up of overall business case for cloud transition • Stay updated on best practices for cloud financial management and tax treatment of cloud operations • Driving the development of the processes and routines for cloud cost management within IT • Drive analysis of cloud consumption in Azure and identify opportunities to optimize • Manage the interface between the Controlling department and the assigned divisions to ensure mutual understanding of financial processes for cloud cost allocation • Be advisory in business case calculations and cost calculations for cloud migration projects • You will be service owner for cloud cost optimization service • Collaboration with cloud operations supplier to increase understanding of what drives cloud costs and which areas that can be optimized • Create different reports and dashboards of Cloud consumption that can be distributed to budget responsibles and IT controllers Who are we at the IT-Department?
