Job Description Nasdaq is now looking for a Project Manager Specialist to join our team in Stockholm. You will be part of the Global Trading & Market Services (GTMS) who supports the project management functions across GTMS globally. Our trading platforms and applications are core to our identity and our market services support the entire lifecycle of a trade and provide compelling marketplace solutions. We bring buyers and sellers together in an open and transparent environment across all asset classes As a Project Manager Specialist you will plan, monitor and manage technology centered projects from initiation through to completion. You will utilize resources, use formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks and changes. Furthermore, you will ensure that internal and external stakeholder expectations regarding specifications, quality, costs and timeframes in project plans are met. Education and experience Degree qualified in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent work experience 3+ years of relevant working experience Formal Project Management certification is a merit Formal Business Analyst certification or experience is a merit To be successful in this position you should: Interpret internal/external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes or services. Key Responsibilities Manage projects such as trading system integrations or migrations, trading system enhancements, new product development or custom systems development. Define, advocate and maintain strong working relationships between internal product managers and technologists with a results orientated focus. Effectively resolve any issues and solve problems throughout the project lifecycle, ideally before they happen. This is a full-time position located in Stockholm.
