If Insurance is the Nordic region's largest insurance company with analytical CRM as one of the strategic focus areas. The CRM organization is responsible for everything from identifying potential customers and drive sales to ensure a positive customer experience throughout the customer's lifecycle. A key focus is optimizing data and utilizing digital solutions that contribute to value-creating interactions with our customers. One of our CRM specialists is taking a new position internally and therefore we want to strengthen our Swedish CRM team and If's branded insurance portfolio for our partners in the car industry with a CRM specialist. Role In the role of CRM specialist, you work closely with CRM & Marketing Managers, Analysts, Production Managers and Digital Marketing Specialists to ensure quality delivery to If's over 18 different car partners. You will also be part of a cross-functional CRM team working in a dynamic and Nordic environment. The CRM-specialist’s responsibility is to ensure planning, implementation and evaluation of our customer communications based on effective segmentation according to SQL programming which is a key competence needed for the role due to our IT processes and infrastructure. Your main tasks include: • Identifying new target groups and communication opportunities • Create customer segments and campaigns using available tools, such as Teradata SQL and CIM • Technical development and implementation of CRM & Marketing activities in different channels, such as print, email and SMS • Ensure that all Customer communication in different systems is correct and logical. • Through requirements, ensure that the correct customer data is available. • Implementation of measurement points, implementation of A / B testing and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Your profile As a person, you are analytical, give high attention to details and a "teamplayer" who can also run and work independently against set goals. You have good communication skills and can make complex flows comprehensible at different levels within the company. We think you have the following background: • You have postgraduate education in Computer System Engineering or Computer Systems Science. • Teradata SQL knowledge is a requirement. You also have an understanding of databases and data modeling. • Teradata CIM certification is required. • Relevant work experience. • Experience with work on segmentation and analysis is more proficient. • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both in speech and writing.
