As a Staff Responsible you’re responsible for our IT department’s greatest assets - our employees. You are already a leader and have a great interest in coaching your employees in their development. You thrive in an environment with constant improvements and have a proactive approach. You will be responsible for employees and working closely with delivery leaders. Your main goal is to enable our employees with the right skills and commitment to grow with H&M and achieve our business goals. Since you will have many contacts and dependencies within the organization you have good communication skills, both in Swedish and English, and you build trust on several levels. You have a strong business mind and the H&M values as your backbone. You have a good understanding of different IT roles and have been working with external suppliers. It’s of great advantage if you have experience from an IT environment with complex systems and service deliveries. Your responsibilities The job of an Group Manager / Staff Responsible within the H&M group comes with a lot of responsibility – and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes: Staff Responsibility - coach and develop employees Hiring employees and handling consultants – resource planning Dialogue and salary reviews Manage competence needs, both long term and on an individual level Staffing of projects and maintenance groups in line with our sourcing strategy Participate in the area's management team and contribute to the area's deliveries and Development Your skills Just like everyone within the H&M group, we believe you are a social, open, sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. And your skills include: Documented experience of at least 3 years of line management and/or HR or another leading role within an IT organization, for example Project Manager or System Responsible Knowledge in and experience of IT Genuine interest and curiosity for managing and developing staff Good skills in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing It is an advantage if you have been consultant manager, have leadership experience from the IT development area and/or within delivery, i.e. as a project manager, system responsible or similar, have worked in a matrix organization, on a IT company, international environments and in large organizations.
