Role As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks:  Coordination of engineering projects in implementation of innovative platforms for energy management systems as well as battery storage and photovoltaic solar panels coupled systems;  Business models design, planning and implementation of strategic sales initiatives;  Development of technical project concepts;  Designing of technical solutions for the projects;  Negotiations with the clients;  Negotiations with equipment suppliers;  Making of contracts, management of financial and commercial activity; Competences and skills: The person shall have:  good knowledge, skills and competences in the area of Heat and Power Engineering,  a Master’s Degree in Engineering,  minimum 3 years of experience within energy related projects and business ideas,  minimum 2 years of experience in management of product development projects,  a genuine and proven interest in energy management, energy flow optimization,  experience in operations and supply chains management,  experience within energy related projects and business ideas,  experience from working in different international cultures,  experience with data analysis in Excel. Further to the technical skills and competences Power2U requests the person to be creative and independent, as well as having a genuine interest for development and implementation of energy management systems within the renewable energy area. 02 3.
