To qualify we believe you have Experience in a senior role within IT operations Extensive knowledge of networking, data security and systems Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills A strong passion for games and tech and have a deep interest in IT Self-motivation, adaptivity and a strong sense of service mindedness Fluency in English Overview You define and execute the IT strategy for Embark and manage the IT operations on a day to day basis. As we are a small team you will work hands-on with our IT solutions. Your responsibilities will be many but the key is to support Embarkers. Examples of responsibilities Make sure we have networking, development, and disaster recovery systems and processes in place Ensure systems have scope for growth in line with our studio plans Provide technical support to Embarkers on both hardware and software set-up and issues Identify, budget, prioritize, implement and oversee IT projects Purchasing of hardware and software, managing of licenses and hardware inventory Creating experiences is magical… but everyone should be able to do it!
