About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Email Support Specialist to join our team. This role is all about communication: you’ll be responsible for managing and responding to a high volume of emails every day, ensuring that every message is answered accurately, professionally, and on time. If you thrive on structure, love clear communication, and take pride in catching even the smallest errors, this could be the perfect role for you.

Shift & Availability Note: This position requires coverage during our peak off-hours and includes at least one weekend day.

Schedule: 5:00 PM or 6:00 PM PST start time.

Hours: 9-hour shift (includes a 1-hour unpaid break / 8 hours of productive work).

Days: Must be willing to work at least one weekend day (e.g., Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday).
