We're hiring: Project Executive, Channel Enablement (m/f/d)
We're expanding our European retail operations and are looking for a Project Executive to support and drive a pan-European channel enablement and retail training program.
This role sits at the intersection of retail, 3PL partners, and digital enablement. You'll work on the planning, coordination and rollout of a digital retail training platform delivery in collaboration with your European colleagues.
While this is not an in-store role, we're looking for someone who understands retail from the inside, ideally with previous experience in field programs, retail staffing, or working closely with 3PL partners and retailers.
What you'll be responsible for:
Coordinating and supporting with the rollout of a digital training platformCoordinating with 3PL partners, retailers, and internal teams across marketsManaging training-related workstreams, timelines, and deliverablesSupporting rollout and optimisation of digital retail training platformsTracking progress, identifying issues, and driving practical solutionsContributing to reporting, insights, and status updates for stakeholders What we're looking for:
Experience working with 3PL partners, retail partners, or field or staffing programsStrong understanding of the consumer electronics retail environmentBackground in retail, field marketing, retail training, or channel enablementComfortable working in project-focused roles rather than on-the-ground retail executionStructured and reliable, with a hands-on, problem-solving mindsetConfident working with cross-functional and international teamsFluent English is requiredAdditional European languages are strongly encouraged Important to know:
