You’re more of a leader then a manager and you mix your leadership skills with technology and development This means that you have previous experience in Production, Process and Change Management, preferably within Automotive. You are known to maintain and monitor results (both quality and productivity levels) based on deadline, budget and goals You’ve got documented strong leader and management skills. You’re able to identify and assign roles and responsibilities to your Group Mangers, with clear goals, expectations and actions. You’ve got experience not only in coaching and inspiring individuals and teams, but also in communicating and negotiating with customer and management groups. This also means that you’re not able to take a conflict should it arise When you are confronted with an issue, you are known to ask “why” as a way to better understand the root cause and are used to use different analytic methods in your problem-solving method. You make rational decisions that are based on facts and the task at hand. Level (diploma) required: - Secondary school diploma in Mechanical/Automation/Electronic - Post-secondary education in Mechanical/Automation/Electronic is highly merited Other required skills: - Documented leader experience - Several years’ experience with systematic improvement in maintenance and operational safety - Good technical experience about Mechanical/Automation/Electronic - Experience working with Lead production - Customer and support experience - Good MS Office experience - Swedish and English, written and verbal As the Maintenance Manager it will be your responsibility to maintain and support our production, so ensure that our production park is running smoothly according to set goals and budget. In addition, you’ll work closely with the Production, Quality and Industrial Engineering organizations both from an operational and strategic perspective.
