You will manage all test activities that need to take place; SW Test, HW Test, Vehicle Test, etc. You will plan, prioritize and follow-up test activities. You will request resources and make sure that the test plan is continuously managed. You will develop a test strategy for the project and inform and anchor it in different parts of the organization. You will define/delegate how testing shall be performed, including tool chains, environment etc. You will ensure that test cases are developed, together with clear pass/fail criteria and that full test coverage is maintained. You will make sure that test results are analyzed and that measures are taken when the outcome is not as expected. You will be Veoneer’s representative towards the customer regarding test, and will take part in meetings, make clear and concise reports and be able to stand straight in the communication towards the customer. You will work in close collaboration with the project manager, and the other lead roles; SW Lead, Design Lead, Sys Lead HW Lead. You will develop a broad network including people in our global sites.
