You have experience in working with product management in an international environment, interacting and building relationships with people in many different countries and cultures, while representing the strategic view of the company. You have experience not only in coaching, educating and inspiring individuals and teams, but also in setting up a network of people to facilitate changes locally on multiple sites worldwide Level (diploma) required: - Graduate engineer with experience in Electronics Assembly preferably with a technical degree related to Electronics and/or PCB assembly. Technical skills required, included language: - English, written and verbal - Technical expertise for the Electronics Assembly processes - Ability to lead and teach proper application of key quality tools (Cpk, PPAP, MSA, 8D, FMEA…) - Excellent knowledge of International standards. As the Global Process Development Authority for Dispensed Materials it will be your mission to ensure the process development for Dispensed Materials as well working on continuous improvements and process robustness to achieve world class performances. You’ll drive 1P1P (one product one process) for all dispense processes and ensure the efficient implementation of Master PFMEA, standard Specifications and 6M methodology (Manpower, Machinery, Materials, Method, Mother-nature, Measurements) in all our plants globally. You’ll support the Veoneer entities with your experience during developments, projects, production and in case of issues, and drive Global Problem-Solving activities and Yokoten Your responsibilities will be: - Be the Global Expert and Authority for Dispensed Material processes - Define and validate 1P1P processes, materials, equipment, and key parameters settings. - Define and continuously improve related Veoneer Standards as Master PFMEA, 6M, MPS, Machine Specifications and SWI. - Secure processes compliancy to International standards in which you have strong knowledge. - Maintain the design rules for Dispensed Materials. - Analyze and review deviations to International Standards and to Veoneer standards. Propose revisions to the VS150 design rules. - Participate to Design Reviews when appropriate. - Bring any necessary support to Veoneer entities with your knowledge of dispensed materials. - Create and Manage MPSs - Support Global Engineering Development, Purchasing, RDE and Project teams for any related questions. - Drive process innovation and manage GPP projects when required. - Manage Process Development Leads (PDL), and Local Process Development experts and equipment authorities (LPDs/LPEA) - Regularly reports to the manufacturing and quality organization. - Supports benchmarking activities Veoneer – born from the worldwide leader in automotive safety, Autoliv, develops cutting-edge technology within the automotive industry and future cars.
