As a Support Engineer you will work at our client’s offices, were your main responsibilities will be to handle and drive Customer Service Requests from their customers and participate in emergency handling. The work requires that you are self- driven, and service minded since the quality of your work has a direct impact on the customer satisfaction. To succeed you need to be service minded and always keep the customers interest in mind. To succeed in the role as Consultant and Support Engineer at ALTEN we want to see that you have a positive attitude, are well structured and a team player. We are looking for driven and experienced Software Developer with a Master's or Bachelor's degree within engineering or equivalent and strong expertise in several of the following areas: • TCP/IP and routing knowledge. • Unix/Linux knowledge. • Software development skills. • Problem solver mind-set. • A positive attitude and a constructive way of solving problems. • Good written and spoken English skills.
