ALTEN Group is seeking to appoint a Business Manager with the aim to develop our business to the Danish market. As Business Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and developing the ALTEN organization in Denmark where you will report directly to the Managing Director of Sweden. To be considered for the role as Business Manager, you are required to have a master degree within engineering or business as well as 3 to 5 years’ relevant experience of working within sales and/or recruitment. Furthermore, you are fluent in both Danish and English, spoken as well as written. Experience of the IT or Technology consultancy business is meritorious. As a person, you are committed with a strong interest in sales and business development. You appreciate challenges and have a goal-oriented mindset. You prefer working in a fast-paced and inconstant environment. In addition to this, you are good at establishing and maintaining relationships with other people. The position is located in Copenhagen but frequent travel will occur, both nationally and internationally. Your main responsibilities as Business Manager are: - Prospection and sales towards new and existent clients - Managing the entire recruitment process, from need to hiring - Managing the group of consultants you have hired - Coaching, support and career development of your consultants - Producing accurate business forecasts and reports for your Business Unit - Budget responsibility for your Business Unit About ALTEN Group With over 30 000 employees in 22 countries, we develop and deliver competence for world leading companies through the most committed engineering and IT consultants.
