Over 1 year experience in customer profile maintenance, order processing, shipping; Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese; Attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, good analytical skills; Logical thinking, comprehension ability, strong communication and coordination ability; Familiar with MS OFFICE software, data statistics, and various reports; Ability to both work effectively in a team and independently in a fast paced, performance based environment; Service and customer oriented, ability to prioritize tasks; Focus on implementation – get things done attitude; Bachelor degree in business administration, logistics or a related field; Knowledge of ERP system operation; Advanced skills in Excel. Coordinate with different sales offices around the world, such as China and other regions, to provide accurate input and data management; Maintain the ERP system, manage customer profiles and product SKUs, verify and validate entries for completeness and accuracy; Maintain and update ERP order processing Manuals, as necessary; Troubleshoot data issues and errors, provide analysis of situation and resolve in timely manner. Inquire and probe to clarify areas of data inconsistency, errors and differences; Enter and process incoming orders in the company’s ERP system. Review orders for completeness and forward incomplete orders for further processing; Book shipments, prepare invoices and shipping documents; Inform customers about order information, such as shipping dates, and any anticipated delays; Receive and respond to customer’s enquiries and complaints in timely manner; Work cross-functionally with Production, Sales, Warehouse and Finance to ensure smooth experience and all transactions are accurately completed; Being a flexible team player able to step into a variety of roles based on business need.
