About this role
About the position: 1. Coordinates local service team, assists achieving targets, operating standards, processes and functioning rules according to HQ guidelines to ensure effective and efficient achievement of Service mission and proper relationship with all departments; 2. Cooperating with HQ team to tackle problems related to warehouse arranging, LMS & ERP system conducting and improving, assisting with repair parts shortage forecast and monitoring, and spare parts supply to partners; 3. Ensure proper weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual Service report are provided, with current problems and suggested solutions given; 4. Cooperating with departments like sales, production, purchasing, financing etc to ensure daily routine is well-run and cross-departments issues are discussed and solve; 5. Assisting receiving daily repairs and system statistics maintaining. Requirements: 1. Good verbal and written skills in English, preferably with Swedish and Mandarin; 2. Good communication skill and coordination skill, ability to work in a team environment with excellent interpersonal and integration skills; 3. Basic commercial and system knowledge, e.g. business negotiation, LMS & ERP; 4. Good knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook); 5. Basic knowledge of project management.
