About this role

Education within HR or business administration field; Proficient in Microsoft Office, e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Effective communication skills in both verbal and written; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to meet tight deadlines independently. Provide day-to-day efficient operational and administrative support to HR department; Assist Employer Branding/ company team building events; Assist recruitment processes; Plan and implement new employee on-boarding and off-boarding procedures; Participate in and support weekly management meeting; Assist cross-department and external communication and cooperation; Maintain HR files and database; Assume other duties as assigned by the HR manager.
