Beskrivning Location: Huskvarna Competence Experience Priority Java 3-5 Years Essential Cloud Technologies 1-3 Years Preferred Java 8 1-3 Years Preferred Description For our client we are looking for a BE Developer in Java 8 for the client's Digital Solutions & Services (DSS) department. If you have a genuine interest in programming, agile development and a great passion for digital service development in the field of software development, then this role is for you. The department consists of 70 creative colleagues working according to an agile methodology in Scrum teams of 5-8 people where the squads are self-organizing and distributes their work on their own. In addition, each squad has the overall responsibility for one or more digital services and is responsible for the entire life cycle, from start to finish (devOps). You will have the opportunity to work with the latest in technology, be involved and make an impact. The services are built based on a micro services architecture that runs in the cloud. We work in an agile environment and use Jira, Confluence and Stash (with Git). Job description In the role as a BE developer you will be part of a squad that develops new features, handles refactoring and scaling as well as operations and support. The client expect you to be in the forefront of your field and have a great interest in iOS and/or Android or Back-end Java development (Java 8). They also want you to be part of improving the department by sharing knowledge and be on top of the latest technologies. You will be involved in the whole life cycle of your squad's product, in addition to the development of new features as well as maintaining and scaling existing functionality. Close collaboration with other developers, UX design and QA is natural since they also belong to the squad, but also collaboration with other squads, R&D and product managers. Required skills: - Degree in computer science, software development or computer engineering. - Professional experience as a back-end developer in Java, preferably in a Scrum team. - Dedication to continuous integration and automation and enthusiasm for Agile software development. Preferred skills: - Experience of Amazon Cloud (or similar cloud experience). - Experience of product development.
