Job description: We are searching for a consultant for a 3 months assignment, supporting the Sustainability Communications Team in Lund, Sweden. The main responsibility for this position will be to drive the restructuring of our intranet pages and content on sustainability in order to facilitate sharing of updated information and modernize the look and feel of the pages. Requirements: Its important to have background and knowledge on Sharepoint pages management, Content Management, IT Communication tools, design and leadingself skills. Responsibilities - Map all the content we have that should fall under Sustainability (27 pages – Diversity and Inclusion, OHS, Food for Development, Environment…) - Propose a new structure to help employees find information easily - Execute the implementation – update of content (documents etc.) with experts in coordination with the Sustainability communication manager, make all relevant changes in Sharepoint to modernize the visualization of information with the support of the Intranet Content Officers and editors - Lead the project team with relevant functions in close coordination with the Sustainability communications manager Requirements - Project management proven skills - Solid understanding and practice of Sharepoint back-office - Background in communications (University degree …) - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Result oriented - Team player - Understanding of sustainability topics as an asset Required skills: - Project Management Experience and Background - Orbis/sharepoint platform experience Preferred skills: - Communications background - Content management experience JAI Consulting Services AB provides talented consultants to support ongoing projects in Scandinavia.
