Arbetsprocessen är inspirerad av "Lean" arbetsmetoden. Det innebär att det finns ett tydligt flöde i produktionen, processen är transparent samt att hela produktionsteamet arbetar med målet - högsta möjliga tillverkningstakt med specificerad kvalitet.
