About you: • Working in an accuracy, structured and efficient way for being able to handle a larger flow of transactions • Social skills and service minded for being able to handle both internal and external contacts • Flexible in your approach to work and enjoy working in both an individual role as in a team • Analytical and ability to identify economic relationship to get a deeper understanding of the job • Driven, ability to solve problems and adaptable as we act in a changing environment • Reliable and self-confident as a member in a team responsible for accounts payable • Business sense, understand key business issues and drivers to be able to support in various tasks Education and experience: • Degree in Business Economics/MBA or equivalent • 1-3 years of work experience in accounting and financial position. • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, mainly Excel • Knowledge of JD Edwards, PRMS or equivalent system • Fluent in spoken and written Swedish • Fluent in spoken and written English Do you have experience working with large volumes of supplier invoices? Are you also an accurate and efficient person who speak both Swedish and English fluently? Then we are looking for you to join our Accounts Payable team, belonging to the Finance department, in Ljungby. This is a temporary 100% position for one year. You will work within the Accounts Payable team. The main responsibilities are: • Registration of supplier invoices • Accounting of these invoices • Handle the approval flow • Approve invoices for payments • Create payment proposal • Reconciliations of vendor account • Intercompany reconciliations • Requirements and reminders • Maintenance of vendor records • Various investigative work concerning accounts payable • Responsible for the work flow system Medius flow In addition to the above there can be various tasks that involve helping with accounting/controlling, analysis and reporting. https://professional.electrolux.se / At Electrolux Professional in Ljungby we are about 500 proud employees!
