A normal day at work: Assure local team are aligned with target assigned by Wet product care manager Execute training calendar Ensure to qualify properly technician in the field and feedback on their readiness Technical content of service documentation and manuals Support to new project to define appropriate training material and program and update when change implemented Lead the product serviceability assessment together with customer care and development team, provide input and follow up actions Field testing planning, follow up and close report Create Technical bulletin Qualities needed to be successful: Project/Program management Mechanical Engineering (or other) Good computer skill Analytical thinking Structured in organization and planning Communicative skills Very proficient in English skills Flexible and able to frequent travel inside and outside Europe Please note that for this position we have a strong candidate in mind
