We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Clinical Case Teaching Coordinator to join our dynamic Education Operations team at City St George’s, University of London.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Coordinating the review and publication of clinical cases Supporting tutor recruitment, training, and peer review Organising meetings and briefings for case writers and tutors Managing online platforms and databases Collecting and analysing feedback to improve learning outcomes
Who You’ll Work With: You’ll collaborate with academic and clinical colleagues, NHS partners, and internal teams including Registry and Curriculum Development. You’ll also be part of a wider professional community supporting student and academic administration across the university.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong administrative experience and attention to detail Clear and confident communication with diverse stakeholders Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Flexible, empathetic, and committed to continuous improvement
