Performance of bioassays to determine the biological activity of biopharmaceuticals under GMPPerformance of different types of bioassays such as proliferation, apoptosis, FACS, ADCC, and luciferase assays, as well as ELISAs and SPR/Biacore assaysAseptic work with cells in cell-based assaysWork and documentation under GMP-compliant conditions Completed training as a BTA/MTA/CTA/biology lab technician or equivalent with hands-on laboratory experienceProfound experience in the field of mammalian cell culture is a requirementExperience in handling multichannel pipettes, working in 96 well format, ELISA, FACS and PCR is an advantageExperience working under GLP/GMP is an advantageComputer skills as well as communication and teamwork skillsGood knowledge of German and English In addition to free water, coffee, tea, and fresh fruit, we offer:
