Business Controller to ARJO The Business Controller offers an opportunity to oversee the business and financial operations of ARJO supporting the management decision processes. The position delivers clear management reporting, performs financial analysis of assigned portfolio of countries and functions, and improves financial reporting processes and systems parameters used throughout the financial community. The Business Controller works actively with the stakeholders throughout the organization from the CFO and Top management to the local country organization and Finance teams. In all ways and shapes, the Business Controller engages stakeholders actively at all levels of the organization with the focus to deliver clear and accurate financial results and forecasting for ARJO The position acts as the main control ensuring reporting quality in the regional reporting, drives the reporting process, and proposes solutions to identified problems within the current reporting and controlling process. The position is also responsible for ensuring the right tools and templates are available to the reporting process within and outside our ERP system as needed. Thru this responsibility, the position is also one of our ERP (Cognos) system super users who engages in system improvement discussions.
