Key responsibilities Digital Project Manager/Coordinator will manage projects to develop new and ensure continuous improvement of our current digital communication platforms to support the business in the best way possible Among your responsibilities will be to: • Monitor and maintain digital communication platform includes CMS, PIM, Hubspot and Social channels • Manages small to medium projects • Facilitate best practice sharing and learning from projects • May assume any role required by the project, including but not limited to QA and Business Analysis • Provides resource (budget) requirement planning. Identifies issues and recommends alternate solutions • Ensures quality and timeliness of project results • Learns, understands, and actively uses project management software to effectively manage project deliverables • Takes responsibility for the upkeep of project and platform documentation • Establish governance and way of working with key stakeholders i.e MarCom managers and IT Personal profile • A minimum of 1-2 year experience of project management or project administration, preferably in Marketing or Digital projects • Open-minded with a high level of energy and motivation. • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a rapidly changing environment and have a great attention to details • Business acumen and strong understanding of business context to make the digital platforms supporting business strategy/objectives/initiatives • Comfortable working with digital marketing projects and campaign management and have supporting knowledge within those areas • Highly resourceful problem solver and quick learner • A structured personality with great ability to plan, organize and execute many complex project activities • An independent and strong executing skills • Strong people skills, with a natural flare for interacting with stakeholders at all organizational levels. • Ambition to assume increased scope of responsibility in the organization • Minimum bachelor’s degree in either Digital Marketing, IT or Engineering (or equivalent) required • Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and verbal What We Consider As a Plus • Technical understanding of systems and technologies involved in the digital marketing solution landscape (CMS, PIM, Marketing automations, Social channels, SEO, Google Analytics, etc.) • If you are a certified or skilled as a Scrum Master Sounds interesting?
