The general objective for the Financial Department is to support Sandvik Coromant in the continuous improvement towards profitable growth and increased efficiency. We are now looking for a Business Controller to join us in an exciting role working both with top management as well as our business units around the world and being on top of the company’s financial performance and strategical directions going forward. The location for this position is Sandviken and travel will occur. Your mission – Supporting the organization with financial follow up, analysis and advice to optimize performance In this role, you are part of the global business control function and consolidate the business’ financial results and performance; working with forecasts and financial objectives, and ultimately driving us towards a more efficient and profitable direction. You are responsible to overall consolidate, analyze and follow up the cost and personal development for the company and you feel engaged to continuously support the organization in heading for profitable growth. You work actively with the financial follow-up of Coromants performance program, you support initiatives together with other stakeholders in the organization and are the responsible controller in financial matters for specific business functions. Your profile – Committed and keen to expand and understand the figures We are looking for someone with a Bachelor’s or higher in economics or equivalent. You might have a few years’ experience within Finance or Business control, but you may also have gained relevant knowledge from a recent higher education. You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience of SAP, ERP system or business reporting tools is advantageous. As we operate in a truly global environment, you need excellent skills in English, both verbally and in writing, and as we are located in Sweden, knowledge of Swedish is beneficial.
