About you Your understanding of our business goals and direction on strategic, tactical and operational level is crucial in order to translate them into learning needs and mapping business outcomes to learning. You have a proven business and people leadership track record while leading a team and you are excellent in communication with ability to influence and inspire. You have excellent knowledge in analysing learning needs, designing learning delivery methods and developing curriculums to meet the competence development needs of the co-workers. Ideally you have an experience into digital and social media learning platforms and solutions. You demonstrate strong collaborative and stakeholder management skills for a tight collaboration with other people group functions. You are a good relationship builder in order to confidently navigate in a complex interdependent environment. Your knowledge in designing and developing learning materials to enable co-workers to develop their competencies is recognized. Importantly you are passionate about helping our customer and co-worker experience to be even better and as such you are a true ambassador for the IKEA culture and values. You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Learning Development preferably in a global organisation with a proven record of developing people and organisations. You preferably have a good cross-functional understanding of INGKA/IKEA Matrix and operations, as well as an understanding of Inter-IKEA/competence development unit operating model. About the job In your role as Learning Development Leader, you will lead the learning solution development work in a function, working closely with our centre of expertise and Inter-IKEA Learning portfolio set-up. You will proactively drive the learning goals of the People Strategy within the function. You will report to the People and Culture Business Manager Digital - Group Functions. This role may mean occasional travel between our sites in Sweden and the Netherlands. What you’ll do • Be responsible to coordinate all learning delivery within the unit by being the point of contact and end-responsible for quality and follow up. • Be line manager for the team members. • Work as responsible to coordinate closely with HRBPs on learning needs. • Leading the learning portfolio management process for the function from an INGKA perspective in structuring relevant learning solutions into the learning portfolios in alignment with key stakeholders. • Converting competence development needs from the business into relevant learning solutions, in close cooperation with Inter-IKEA. • Ensuring the learning solutions are delivered to meet IKEA people in the best way. • Securing that the learning solutions are developed, performed and implemented according to business and customer needs. • Be responsible to cooperate with markets on implementation of learning solutions.
