We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Manager Operation Digitalization to join our BA SSL central team of Manufacturing Process & Equipment Engineering in Changzhou, China. In this pivotal role, you will develop and lead our organization's digital transformation initiatives, driving operational excellence through innovative technologies and data-driven strategies.
Develop and implement BA specific digital transformation strategies and roadmaps to optimize manufacturing operations and supply chain processesMain contact person for the respective project teamsAnalyze complex operational data to identify improvement opportunitiesOversee the integration of Industry 4.0 technologies, including IoT, AI, and machine learning, into existing operational processesCollaborate with BA operations team, CT Group Sector and local teams to ensure seamless implementation of digital solutionsPlan, coordinate, support and foster local digital realization projectsDrive change management initiatives to facilitate smooth adoption of new digital processes and toolsDevelop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digitalization efforts and report on progress to senior leadershipStay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to maintain the organization's competitive edge in the digital landscape Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automation, Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred5+ years of experience in Operations, Production, Automation or Engineering, with at least 2 years focused on digital or automation projectsStrong knowledge of digital transformation strategies, Industry 4.0 concepts and their application in manufacturing environmentsProven track record in successfully implementing digitalization initiativesExpertise in data analysis, visualization, and using business intelligence tools to drive operational improvementsProficiency in project management and change management techniquesExperience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), SAP, MSB, MDA/PDAExperience with other digital tools and platforms like Grafana, InfluxDB, Nodered beneficialStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate cross-functional teamsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detailExcellent communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin Chinese highly desirableWillingness to travel globally as required Ready to drive with Continental?
