About this role
We are looking for a Finance Manager to lead the finance function for our Tires business in Brazil and Mercosur (plant and sales operations). This role is responsible for ensuring the financial and fiscal health of the legal entity, aligned with Group strategy and governance standards.
You will oversee Accounting, Treasury, Tax, and Customs, acting as a key business partner to support strategic decision-making and drive performance across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Finance function (Accounting, Treasury, Tax, and Customs) across Brazil and Mercosur, including support to ArgentinaEnsure compliance with corporate policies, local regulations, and risk management standardsOversee financial planning and reporting (Actuals, Forecast, Budget), delivering accurate and timely insights to leadershipConsolidate and analyze regional performance to support strategic decision-makingEnsure statutory, tax, and regulatory compliance, including audits and corrective actionsDrive tax optimization and support import/export efficiencyDefine and execute finance strategy aligned with business objectivesPartner with key stakeholders across the business, including procurement and leadership teamsManage contracts, insurance, and real estate topicsMaintain relationships with government authorities and industry associations Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or related fieldsSolid experience in FinanceExperience in leadership roles, managing teamsStrong background in:Accounting, Treasury, and ControllingCompliance and internal controlsFinancial and management reportingExperience in multinational companies and matrix organizationsFluency in English International or intercultural experienceExperience in industrial/manufacturing environmentsStrong strategic and analytical mindsetAbility to influence stakeholders and drive business decisionsReady to drive with Continental?
