Design, configure, maintain ContiTech’s global Windows Client Environment based on Windows 11 and MDTDesign, configure, maintain (future) Windows Client Environment based on Intune and AutopilotDesign, implement, maintain global tools related to ContiTech’s Windows Client service (interfacing with Active Directory, MDT, SQL-based databases)Responsible for operational task, advanced testing & documentation within the Windows Client areaProvider Management for 2nd and 3rd Level ProviderKnowledge management and knowledge transfer to local IT Administrator community and external service providersProject coordination, work and project related tasks related to Windows ClientDesign, configure, maintain ContiTech’s global MAC Client environment (based on Intune) Degree in IT System Engineer, Information Technology Degree, or equivalentWillingness and ability to work in a global distributed teamMinimum 3 years experience in Windows (10) client areaGood Knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Windows AutopilotGood knowledge of network infrastructure and Active Directory integrationKnowledge in Client deployment mechanisms (MDT, SCCM, etc.)Good knowledge of scripting (especially PowerShell)Good communication skills: Fluent in English languageGood Knowledge of MacOSBasic Knowledge of SQLOther Competencies and SkillsService, teamwork and customer focusWorking in virtual teams2 to 3 years experience supporting Microsoft Windows environmentsKnowledge about ITIL, ITSM, SCRUM Hybrid work setupHMO upon hireValues-based cultureWork-life balanceLearning OpportunitiesReady to drive with Continental?
