Job Description: DI Anaylst Location: Mumbai Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview

We are looking for a Data Intelligence (DI) Analytics Manager who will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with data tools, and the ability to manage stakeholders while driving data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insightsDesign, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports for business stakeholdersWork with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytics solutionsDevelop and optimize data models, KPIs, and performance metricsSupport business planning through forecasting, trend analysis, and performance trackingEnsure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reportsAutomate repetitive reporting processes using tools and scriptsPresent insights and recommendations to management in a clear and actionable mannerMentor junior analysts (if applicable) and ensure best practices in analyticsRequired Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field2–5 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data rolesStrong proficiency in:SQL, Python, PysparkExcel (advanced functions, pivot tables, etc.)Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)Good understanding of data modeling and ETL processesWorking knowledge of Python or R for data analysis (preferred)Ability to interpret data and provide business insightsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferred Qualifications

Experience in Data Intelligence / Business Intelligence environmentsExposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)Experience working with large datasets and data warehousing conceptsBasic understanding of machine learning concepts (optional but desirable)Key Competencies
