About this role
Design and build end-to-end full stack applications (frontend, backend, APIs, data layers)Architect scalable, resilient systems using microservices and cloud-native patternsIntegrate Generative AI models (LLMs) into applications for automation, insights, and user experienceBuild and optimize AI-driven workflows (RAG pipelines, agents, prompt engineering)Develop applications using tools like:OpenAI / Azure OpenAI / Anthropic APIsLangChain / LlamaIndex / Semantic KernelImplement:Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS)Embedding pipelines and semantic searchDesign prompt strategies and evaluation frameworksEnsure responsible AI practices (safety, bias mitigation, monitoring)Build modern UI using:React, Next.js, Angular, or VueCreate intuitive interfaces for AI-powered features (chat, copilots, dashboards)Backend Development
Develop scalable services using:Node.js, Python, Java, or GoBuild REST/GraphQL APIs and real-time systemsHandle orchestration of AI services and workflowsWork with:SQL/NoSQL databasesData pipelines and streaming (Kafka, etc.)Deploy systems using:AWS / Azure / GCPDocker, KubernetesImplement CI/CD pipelinesProvide technical leadership and mentorshipYou will report to a Senior Engineering Manager
You need to have 8–12+ years of full stack development experienceYou need to be expertise in:Frontend frameworks (React/Next.js preferred)Backend systems (Node.js / Python / Java)Experience with system design, scalability, and performanceGenAI & AI/ML
Hands-on experience with:LLM APIs and GenAI platformsRAG architectures and vector searchUnderstanding of:Prompt engineeringModel evaluation and tuningExperience building AI-powered applications in productionModern Tooling
Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)DevOps practices and CI/CDGit, testing frameworks, observability tools3+ years of experience with AI agents and autonomous workflowsExperience in enterprise-scale systemsPreferred Qualifications
