What you will do:
Analyze large, complex datasets to extract clear, actionable insights and recommend process improvementsApply statistical and machine learning techniques (e.g., regression, random forests) to identify key drivers and build predictive modelsIdentify valuable data features, handle outliers, and present findings through visual and numerical summariesTranslate data into business solutions and develop scalable analytics capabilitiesDesign and work with relational and distributed databases; build BI dashboards and reports across platformsEvaluate and select analytics tools, vendors, and data access solutions; support data monetization strategiesEnsure data quality, accuracy, and integrity; resolve issues and document resultsDefine project scope, timelines, resources, and costs; create plans and track progressMonitor delivery, mitigate risks, manage scope changes, and ensure profitability and quality standardsCoordinate with cross-functional and global teams; maintain accurate time and performance trackingCollaborate with clients and stakeholders to deliver solutions and manage expectationsCommunicate insights clearly, resolve issues, and identify new business opportunitiesSupport sales with analytics expertise, presentations, and proposal developmentLead initiatives, mentor junior team members, and share knowledge across teamsContribute to tools, documentation, and best practices; support continuous learningStay current on market trends, tools, and methodologies; pursue ongoing professional development What you will bring:
University degree with a high numerical content (such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics);4+ years of experience in the field of data analytics;Advanced Knowledge in statistical software packages and other related technologies;Skills summarizing data numerically and visually;Ability to tell compelling stories with data that are understood by diverse audiences;Mentor junior colleagues;Fluent English – written and spoken.
