The successful Spanish & Portuguese Sales Administrator will provide administrative and sales support to customers across Spanish and Portuguese-speaking regions, ensuring enquiries, orders, and requests are handled efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Process customer orders accurately and efficientlyRespond to customer enquiries via telephone and emailProvide sales administration support to internal and external stakeholdersLiaise with customers regarding deliveries, quotations, and product informationMaintain accurate customer records and documentationCoordinate with internal departments to resolve customer queriesMonitor order progress and provide updates where requiredSupport the wider sales and customer service team Skills & Knowledge Required
Fluent Spanish and Portuguese language skills, both written and spokenPrevious sales administration or customer service experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent attention to detail and organisational abilityGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office packagesAbility to manage multiple priorities effectivelyProfessional and customer-focused approachExperience working within an international business environment advantageous Additional Information
