We are looking for an Inside Sales Team Lead to lead and develop our Inside Sales team. In this role, you will drive revenue growth, manage the sales pipeline, coach your team, and ensure excellent customer service. You will also focus on improving processes, optimizing CRM usage, and increasing efficiency through digital solutions. We are seeking someone with a strong B2B sales background, preferably in retail or wholesale, who combines commercial awareness with leadership skills. You are hands-on, solution-oriented, and confident in managing stakeholders, driving results, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- In this role, you will be responsible for: Lead a team of Inside Sales Assistants.
- Execute sales strategies and manage the pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Handle inbound sales enquiries and progress opportunities through to close.
- Turn customer contact into commercial opportunities and strengthen accountability for follow up, customer service and results.
- Improve the use of CRM and sales technology among the team to support accurate data, clear workflows and actionable customer insights.
- Coordinate with Marketing on inbound lead flow and with Account Managers on customer onboarding and satisfaction.
- Analyse sales performance, market trends, competitor activity and buyer behaviour.
- Translate findings into actions and concise updates for leadership.
- Provide post-sales support and focus the team on a limited set of KPIs that drive action.
