What your background should look like
- 5+ years of experience as production supervisor
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field or equivalent, with 5 years of experience in a demanding in production environment.
- Experience and knowledge in the field of tool and assembly construction.
- Systems management, SAP or other ERP’s
- Office tools such Excel, Power Point
- Conflicts management
- Teamwork player
- Leadership Responsibilities
- Identify Production needs through the observation and analysis of generated information
- Able to develop in high pressure environments, shift rotation
- Self-organized and analytical capabilities
- Able to coordinate and monitor people in the production floor (Direct and Indirect Labor)
- Follow up to execution against the production plan previously defined
- Define opportunities to improve and execute plan to achieved
- Able to work against objectives
- Decision making and needed actions to maintain KPI’s
- Coordinate support team (Maintenance, Manufacturing, Quality, Planning, MRF)
