Key Responsibilities:
Deliver creative, well-structured lessons that inspire and challenge all learnersSet high expectations and promote positive progress and outcomes for every pupilUse assessment effectively to inform teaching and support individual progressCreate a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environmentAdapt teaching to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with additional needsWork collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and drive school improvementContribute to the wider life of the school and support a strong school communityWhat We Are Looking For:
