You will manage and further develop the IT environment.
Your responsibilities will include
Managing and maintaining Windows Servers and Microsoft 365 . Looking after the network, virtualisation, cloud, backups and IT security . Managing computers, laptops, telephony, printers and other IT equipment. Maintaining business applications, including ERP and CRM systems . Managing user accounts and access rights. Supporting colleagues with technical questions and issues. Analysing incidents and finding solutions independently. Turning user needs into practical IT solutions. Managing business applications and digital tools and contributing to their further development with users and external IT partners . Contributing to IT projects and proposing improvements.
- You are a well-rounded IT professional who enjoys analysing and solving problems independently.
- You combine technical expertise with a service-oriented approach and communicate clearly with users.
- You also bring: Experience in an all-round IT role.
- Practical knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365 and network administration.
- Experience with virtualisation, cloud, backups and IT security.
- Knowledge of Hyper-V and Intune is an advantage.
- Experience with SQL, ERP or CRM systems is a plus.
- An analytical, solution-focused and service-oriented approach.
- A valid work permit for Belgium . At least B2-level spoken Dutch.
- This means you can follow conversations at work, take part spontaneously and express yourself clearly on technical and practical topics.
- A good knowledge of French.
