GTM Engineer (m/w/d) HamburgPlausity is an AI-native due diligence platform for MundA advisors, private equity and VC funds, and corporate development teams, built in Hamburg.
We are hiring the person who builds the operating system behind Plausity s go-to-market engine.
What you ll do- Build and maintain enrichment pipelines and signal-based lead sourcing for advisory firms, funds and corporates- Automate CRM workflows, routing and sequencing across email, LinkedIn and phone- Ship dashboards for pipeline, conversion and forecast- Own data quality and ICP scoring- Build internal sales tools with LLMs: account research, call analysis, personalised messaging- Calibrate weekly with the founder on the next leverWhat you bring- 2+ years in GTM engineering, RevOps, growth engineering or a technical sales role- Hands-on with tools like Clay, HubSpot, lemlist or Apollo, n8n/Make or similar- Comfortable with APIs, SQL and scripting (Python or JavaScript)- Experience using LLMs in production workflows is a strong plus- Fluent English; German is a plusWhat we offer- Ownership of the full GTM tech stack from day one- Direct work with the founder and the sales team- Path to lead RevOps and GTM Systems as we scale- Budget for the tools you needApply: https://plausity.com/en/careers Contact: [email protected] About Plausity: https://plausity.com/en News: https://plausity.com/en/news Careers at Plausity: https://plausity.com/en/careers
