This is a fantastic opportunity for a Learning Mentor to join our specialist provision, TRAAC, working alongside a skilled and supportive Additional Educational Needs team.

Ideally you will have experience working with children or young people with additional educational, social, emotional or behavioural needs. The role involves supporting students within lessons and through small group interventions to help them access learning, build confidence and develop emotional resilience.

You will work closely with the TRAAC Manager and teaching staff to provide tailored support for pupils with a range of complex needs, including SEMH. The successful candidate will also support emotional wellbeing through interventions such as ELSA training and sessions.

We are looking for someone who is patient, positive, able to build strong relationships with young people and committed to inclusive education. Full training will be provided.

Our school is part of the Palladian Academy Trust, which is committed to providing excellent opportunities for pupils and staff. We offer a supportive working environment, professional development opportunities and membership of the Local Government Pension Scheme.

The Palladian Academy Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. A satisfactory enhanced DBS check is required for this post prior to commencement.
