As outlined in the job and person specification, the successful candidate will:
Play a key role in supporting students with SEND by coordinating meetings, paperwork, records and parent/carer communicationSupport the administration of attendance processes, including records, first response calls and relevant documentationSupport Student Reception, including student queries, timetable checks, illness procedures, parent/carer contact and confiscated itemsLead on first aid and medication administration records, including logging, tracking, stock checks and routine parent/carer communicationProofread and check Individual Education Plans, student profiles and SEND documentation before circulation to staffProvide high-quality administrative support, including accurate minute-taking, diary management, filing, data input and routine correspondenceLiaise professionally with families, staff and external professionals, acting as a trusted and appropriate point of contactHelp maintain effective SEND, attendance and student support systems, with training and development provided where required
