We are looking for a friendly, efficient and highly organised Office Administrator to be the welcoming face and voice of our school. This role is central to ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office, with a particular focus on admissions administration and supporting communication across the school community.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy environment, builds strong relationships and takes pride in delivering excellent administrative support. You will play a key role in supporting pupils, families and staff, helping to create a positive and efficient environment where children can flourish.
Key Responsibilities
As our Office Administrator, you will:
Welcome pupils, parents, staff and visitors, acting as a professional and friendly first point of contactSupport nursery admissions processes, including maintaining waiting lists and recordsMaintain accurate pupil records using the school’s management information systemsProvide general administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the school officeManage incoming calls, emails and post, responding to queries appropriatelySupport attendance processes, including communication with familiesAssist with data collection, reporting and statutory returnsMaintain office systems, including filing, stock management and calendar supportSupport basic financial administration such as recording invoices and handling cash securelyEnsure all safeguarding, security and confidentiality procedures are followed at all timesContribute to a well-organised, safe and welcoming school environmentWho We Are Looking For
