The Compass School is seeking a dedicated and engaging Teacher Assistant to join our vibrant K-8 charter school community as a Spanish Learning Lab Facilitator.
In this role, you will oversee and support students during their blended-learning Spanish lab sessions, maintaining a structured, encouraging environment where students can thrive on their language-learning platforms. You will assist with classroom management, monitor student progress, and provide extra help to keep scholars motivated and on task.
While previous Spanish language experience is a fantastic plus, it is not required—we are primarily looking for an enthusiastic educator who is skilled in classroom leadership, passionate about student success, and eager to foster a positive learning atmosphere.
