About this role
Performing duties that involve the care and cleaning of the school buidling and grounds along with minor maintenance work. Managing the custodial crew and scheduling of cleaning areas and duties.
Other duties include: monitoring custodial equipment and supplies, and ordering replenishment; maintaining furniture inventory; oversee the proper use and storage of facility equipment. Helping with the monitoring of lunches will also be expected when there is availability.
Must be comfortable working with students and is a teamwork oriented individual. Flexible schedule is a necessity.
Additional requirements include but not limited to working knowledge of building cleaning practices, supplies and equipment and lifting items up to 75 pounds.
Any other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and/or principal.
