QUALIFICATIONS
- 1. Valid teachers' certificate at Ed.S. or above.
- Valid Alabama certification in administration.
- Five years exemplary experience as a teacher.
- Educational administrative experience required.
- Experience in conducting workshops for adult learners.
- Such alternatives as the Board of Education may find appropriate and acceptable.

Assistant Superintendent of Instruction

To help achieve and maintain standards of excellence for all staff through professional learning, to assist schools in continuous improvement, and to ensure that the requirements of the SACS/CASI AdvancED Accreditation process are met.
