Join us in Warwick Global Academy and be a part of our Admissions, Marketing and Development team, playing a key role in delivering WGA’s international recruitment objectives.
You’ll be responsible for developing and supporting the delivery of recruitment activities for our full portfolio of courses: the Warwick International Foundation Programme (IFP), our Summer Schools, Warwick’s Pre-Sessional English courses, and short courses in English Language.
There will be a particular focus on digital engagement, market intelligence, and stakeholder relationship management. You will work collaboratively with WGA colleagues, including our China-based Recruitment Officer, as well as the University’s central recruitment team to maximise impact and ensure consistency, continuity and collaboration across recruitment activity. This role is critical in supporting the University’s Protect, Grow and Explore recruitment priorities and ensuring a strong, diverse pipeline of high-quality international students.
Some overseas travel will be expected as part of the role.

About You
This position would suit an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual looking to take on a fast paced and varied role. You will have strong communication skills and whilst often working independently, will have a positive team-attitude, recognising how success comes through working together.
You should have strong organisational skills and the ability to source and analyse data and market intelligence to inform your planning and decision-making.
You will need to be culturally aware, have a keen eye for detail and be able to provide excellent customer service to various stakeholders.
