Shipping Lead - Red Lion, PA

Schedule & Pay
- 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Pay: $25.00/hour
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily shipping, receiving, and quality inspection activities.
- Package, label, weigh, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Process domestic and international shipments using FedEx, UPS, and freight carriers.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing products for quality and accuracy.
- Maintain inventory through cycle counts, FIFO practices, and ERP transactions.
- Coordinate freight shipments, obtain carrier quotes, and schedule deliveries.
- Manage shipping documentation, export paperwork, and inventory records.
- Track RMAs and resolve shipping or quality-related issues.
- Train and support team members across shipping, receiving, and inspection functions.
- Ensure compliance with safety, PPE, and quality standards.
Qualifications
Required
- 3+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, logistics, inventory, or quality control.
- Experience with FedEx, UPS, freight coordination, and inventory management.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Preferred
- Experience reading blueprints, bills of materials, and production documentation.
- Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Red Lion, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $52000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Benefits begin on day one of employment.
