Now Hiring Shipping Coordinator in York, PA -Direct Hire
1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM-4:00 PM | $22-$24/hourJoin a growing manufacturing and warehouse team as a Shipping Coordinator! In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating domestic and international shipments, operating forklifts, managing inventory, and ensuring products are shipped accurately and on time. Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments using UPS, FedEx, and DHL software
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Operate sit-down and high-reach forklifts
- Load and unload trucks safely
- Utilize RF scanners and WMS systems to track inventory
- Prepare shipping documents, freight bills, and export paperwork
- Arrange LTL and air freight shipments
- Perform inventory transactions and cycle counts
- Maintain packaging supply inventory
- Support receiving and general warehouse operations
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior warehouse, shipping, or logistics experience
- Forklift experience required
- Experience with WMS systems and RF scanners
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a manufacturing and warehouse environment

Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of York, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $49920.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
