🔥 MIG / Stick Welder-Fabricator | 1st Shift + Voluntary OT
Want a welding job where overtime is available, but you're not forced to work it? We're looking for an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join a close-knit team building heavy-duty, crane-suspended material handling equipment. This isn't just production welding. You'll weld, fit, fabricate, repair, and help build custom equipment using heavy plate and structural steel.

What You'll Be Doing
- MIG + stick welding
- Working with 1/2" to 1"+ heavy plate
- Fitting and fabricating steel components
- Reading blueprints
- Using plasma cutters, torches, grinders & fabrication tools
- Repairing customer equipment
- Working with engineering on new designs
What We're Looking For
MIG + stick welding experience Heavy steel fabrication skills Blueprint reading ability Fitting / mechanical assembly experience Ability to obtain AWS D14.1 certificationAlready AWS D14.1 certified? Even better.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of York, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $54080.00 - $58240.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
